Welcome to our site. Freightbrain International Ltd is an independent freight-forwarding business operating successfully and profitably since 1984. Incorporated by our current Managing Director, John Gillett, all our staff have many years of experience in the shipping and freight industry which we apply to good effect in our day-to-day activities. We hope that we also apply that personal touch and the attention to detail that only truly comes from this company being family-run. Where other companies much larger than ourselves may often treat their customers as a number, each of our customers however small are vitally important to us. We have clients who have stuck with us for many years and this proves to us that it is important to build relationships and talk to our customers, understanding their own specific requirements.

We are located on the main A12 trunk road, conveniently positioned close the port of Felixstowe and with good road access to London and the other major ports and airports in the U.K. We have a fully secure warehouse which we own with fork-lift truck and storage facilities.

In the early days the company concentrated on the European Markets, running groupage and full load services to/from Germany, France, Benelux Countries and Spain. However, since the removal of Customs Barriers with EC Continental Europe the company focused it efforts more on Deep Sea traffic. Today, we continue with our European groupage services but have added a full range of Deep Sea Air and Sea services to/from all the many World-Wide destinations.

Over the years Freightbrain International Ltd have gradually built up a network of overseas agencies throughout the World and co-operate with many of the offices of the Solex Group of Companies in the Far East. In addition, we also work quite happily with other independent Forwarders such as Global Logistics in Korea together with many others.

Working in partnership here and abroad we aim to deliver honest and cost-effective shipping solutions for all our customers.
